DELIVERY TIME
A typical single piece Order when in Stock will ship within 4 days of Order Receiving. i.e., from the date we receive a confirmed Order and Payment Deposit. Standard Shipping Time for an Order is 2 weeks;
In case Additional Time is needed the DG Customer Service will inform you;
Custom Projects will be scheduled and advised by the Customer Service Desk and weekly updates can be scheduled for the progress of such orders; Make note It is the responsibility of the customer to determine that the size of completed projects can clear doorways, elevators, etc. Custom Product once manufactured will not be cancelled and or be returned replaced.
SHIPPING
Shipping and Insurance are not included in Our Price unless specifically notified on the Product Page.
All Products are either packed in cartons or blanket wrapped and shipped by expert furniture movers.
White glove / Inside delivery is always an option, Please specify if needed and we will submit a quote for approval prior to shipping the same.
We will provide you with tracking details once the product(s) are shipped out of our warehouse.
