HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?
To place an order, follow these general steps:
- Find the product you want to order
- Add the item to your cart or basket
- Proceed to checkout and provide the necessary information, such as shipping address and payment details
- Review and confirm your order details, including the total cost
- Submit your order and wait for confirmation.
HOW DO I CREATE A RETURN REQUEST?
At DG we keep things simple but at the same time we keep discretion in accepting returns. If for some genuine reason you want to return your Product just simply
- Send Email to Info@Designegallerie.com citing your reason to return;
- Send 8pics (one of each side and two closeups of the markings) of the Packaging as received and is intact in good condition to hand over to the trucker;
- Customer Service help you book-the Pickup and Schedule the same
HOW DO I CANCEL THE ORDER, I HAVE PLACED?
- Order can be canceled till the same has not left the Warehouse for delivery.
- Send Email to Info@Designegallerie.com citing your reason to return;
I HAVE RECEIVED A GIFT CARD FROM DESIGNE GALLERIE HOW CAN I REDEEM THEM?
To redeem Designe Gallerie GIFT CARDS you will have to enter the Gift Card Code on the payment Page once you have selected the product that you like just before making the payments to avail the applicable discount
