Terms of Service

"Seller" or "Company" refers to Designe Gallerie.

"Buyer," "Customer," or "You" refers to any person or entity that creates an account or purchases from the Company.

Product Prices and Discounts:

All prices are exclusive of revenue or excise tax, value-added tax, import duties, or other applicable taxes. These taxes, when applicable, are the responsibility of the Buyer unless a valid tax exemption certificate is provided.
Trade discounts apply only to product prices and do not extend to taxes or shipping fees.

Payment Requirements:

Full payment, including taxes and shipping costs, is required prior to shipment. Certain orders, including all custom orders, may require a deposit before production.

Payment Methods:

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, ACH (preferred), wire transfers, or checks.

Shipping Terms:

The Company sells goods FOB (Free on Board) from its warehouse.
Shipping fees are based on order value. Buyers can also opt for warehouse pickup and avoid paying the shipping fee.

Shipping Timeframes:

In-stock items are shipped out within 3-5 business days after payment is received.

Inspection Upon Delivery:

Buyers must inspect goods upon delivery. Photos and videos of the box and item during unpacking are required, even if no visible damage is detected.
Damage or defects must be reported to the Company within 5 business days of delivery.

Returns:

Non-damaged items returned to the Company are subject to a restocking fee of 20%.

Damage Claims:

For damaged or defective goods, the Company offers partial refunds, discounts, or replacements at its discretion.

Warranty:

All products include a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Handmade items feature natural variations in color, finish, and texture. These are part of their unique craftsmanship and are not considered defects.
The Company’s liability is limited to the replacement of defective products and does not extend to incidental or consequential damages.
