RETURNS

We’ve simplified our return policy to make it easier for you. Please contact our Customer Service Department by sending out an email on info@designegallerie.com. You will then be assigned a person for addressing your concerns and help you with a desired result;
NOTE Goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt at no cost, no questions asked as long as they are in their Original Packing; Once opened it would be difficult to repackage the product and hence it will not be taken back; Damages pertaining to Transit and or Product Deficiency will need to be quantified and recorded with adequate documentary proof to substantiate; Based on the [proof submitted the Customer Service Team will guide you with the further process. Shipping charges and/or return shipping charges are non-refundable.

FREIGHT CLAIMS

All Designe Gallerie products are carefully inspected prior to shipment. Products are shipped at the Buyers’s risk hence it is important that the box on arrival has been carefully inspected. Before accepting merchandise from the carrier, inspect carefully and note any obvious damage on the delivery receipt. If there is loss or damage make an immediate claim directly with the carrier.
